Born to Influence: Reclaiming Lana Del Rey’s Cultural Legacy.
Lana Del Rey’s influence is undeniable—but often underrecognized. This project set out to change that. Through a fully branded campaign—including a music and merch site, promotional posters, and an immersive pop-up experience—we created a platform that reclaims her legacy, celebrates her artistry, and connects her to new and existing audiences in a bold, memorable way.
Problem
Lana Del Rey is often perceived as a niche or low-profile artist due to her minimal self-promotion and understated public presence. As a result, her cultural influence, artistic legacy, and contributions to music are frequently overlooked or underestimated. There is a need for a dedicated platform that authentically showcases her identity, impact, and evolution as an artist—helping audiences fully appreciate her place in the music world.
Solution
To reintroduce Lana Del Rey’s influence to a broader audience, a music festival in her name offers a powerful and immersive platform. By curating a lineup of well-known artists who draw inspiration from her work or align with her aesthetic, the festival not only celebrates her legacy but also introduces her to new fan bases across diverse musical communities. This collective experience reinforces her impact while reclaiming her place in the cultural spotlight.
