Reimagining the User experience for Customers and Distributors
Herbalife's Commerce & Distributor Sites calls for a refresh for improved usability.
Problem
The Distributor Site Builder dashboard was organized inefficiently, making it difficult to support the varying needs of different user types and use cases. The existing layout did not account for scenarios such as commerce-only or wellness-only dashboards, newly onboarded or transferred distributors, region-specific content requirements, or completed site states. A redesigned experience is needed to create a more flexible, intuitive, and scalable dashboard that adapts seamlessly across these diverse user journeys.
Solution
To address the inefficiencies in the Distributor Site Builder dashboard, we conducted an information architecture (IA) exercise to better understand how content should be organized across different user types and scenarios. Based on those insights, we redesigned the setup checklist to be more user-friendly, modular, and scalable. The new design accommodates future states—including partial dashboard activations, regional variants, and evolving user needs—while ensuring a more intuitive and flexible experience for all distributors.
